Hudson Hall

6020 Hudson Avenue, West New York NJ 07093

The redevelopment of “Hudson Hall”, the former WNY Community Center was completed in June 2020. Echevarria Properties saved this wonderful landmark building and transformed it into a luxury residential, 7-story building with on-site garage parking, fitness center, tenant lounge and rooftop terraces. Most of the 1 and 2-bedroom units offer wonderful views of the Manhattan skyline. Some 2-bedroom units have a den and two full bathrooms.

Where The Present Meets The Past

E Residences at Hudson Hall is the redevelopment of Hudson Hall (for decades known as the West New York Community Center). The original Hudson Hall served as the venue for many of the area residents’ social events including dances, weddings, and holiday functions, as well as political and civic gatherings.

With its 2-foot thick masonry walls, the structure even served as a fallout bomb shelter back in the day!

Echevarria Properties has repurposed this stunning landmark edifice by adding 3 stories to the original solid construction and transforming it into this elegant 35-unit luxury rental building featuring condo-quality one and two-bedroom residences.

About West New York

Louis XVI once had a garden here, and it is said that the country’s first Lombardy poplar trees were introduced into his garden by Andre Michaux, the king’s official botanist. At the eastern end of the township is North Hudson Park, a 167-acre county park. Part of it lies on the Palisades, offering views of the Hudson River and New York City, and a scenic path goes down steps to the river valley. West of the boulevard the land is more rolling, and the park contains a lake, with fishing, boating, and skating. Other facilities include a children’s playground, athletic fields, picnic areas, tennis courts, volley ball courts and bike and hiking trails.
