Who We Are

We are private investors specializing in real estate assets and technology businesses. Over the past 30 years we have invested in commercial, industrial and residential real estate projects, data processing, internet businesses and telecommunications ventures.

Recent investments include:

• Luxury waterfront residential developments.
• Technology Park with solar farm and other alternative energy production facilities, including hydrogen for transportation component of the development.
• Trade finance business for emerging markets.
• Financing of real estate developments in Hoboken, NJ and northern New Jersey.
• Investments in Software development projects with revenue streams and firm government contracts.
• Investments in government auctioned real estate assets (e.g. Community Center property auctioned by North Hudson municipality for redevelopment opportunity).

• Millennium is an equity investor in a planned residential and retail community with restaurant, banquet hall and much more.
• Millennium is a co-founder and investor in a proposed technology park with nearly 20 million SF of commercial, light industrial, office and hospitality space.
• We are also lenders/investors in real estate assets targeted for future development.
